Ces trois Neritina canalis viennent sans doute de Polynésie (Tahiti?). Elles sont recouvertes d' un périostracum très épais et solide qui se dissout difficilement dans l' Eau de Javel (photos du haut). Une particularité de cette espèce est cette extension de la lèvre qui tend à recouvrir l' apex. Taille: 24, 24 et 26 mm.
These three are Neritina canalis probably from Polynesia (Tahiti?). They are covered with a very thick and solid periostracum which hardly dissolves in Bleach (top photos). A special feature of this species is the extension of the lip that tends to cover the apex. Size: 24, 24 and 26 mm.
